  • Community Ear Acupuncture

    Thursday, May 21st | Arrive 7:30-8:00 PM

The NADA model is a gentle ear acupuncture protocol in which up to five small, sterile needles are placed in specific points on each ear while participants rest quietly in a group setting for 30–45 minutes. Benefits may include reduced cravings, improved sleep, stress relief, emotional balance, and a deeper sense of inner calm and resilience.

This FREE event happens on the 3rd Thursday of each month in our community acupuncture clinic.

First come first served - no appointment needed.

  • Breathwork Workshop

    Thursday, May 28th | 7:00 PM-8:15 PM

This special breathwork experience weaves together guided meditation, intentional breath techniques, and a full breathwork journey designed to regulate and restore the nervous system. To close, Ben will share a live Yawanawa medicine song on guitar, accompanied by djembe drum, offering a grounding and integrative ending to the evening. Inspired by his recent visit to a Yawanawa village in the Brazilian Amazon, this gathering brings the simplicity, healing, and spirit of the rainforest into the breathwork space.

  • Thermography Days

    Thursday, June 4th | 11:00 AM-1:00 PM

Curious about what’s going on beneath the surface? Thermography is a safe, non-invasive scan that looks for patterns of heat and inflammation in the body. It’s a helpful tool for catching imbalances early and supporting a more preventative approach to your health.
